Stainless Steel Cookware Components, Built to Your Drawing

SS 430 induction base plates, pressure cooker parts, deep-drawn vessels and steamer plates — stamped in-house for cookware brands in India, the EU, Turkey, Vietnam and the UAE.

What We Manufacture

Six Component Lines.
One Accountable Manufacturer.

Every part below is cut, drawn, embossed or perforated inside our own plants — no job-work chain, no third-party toolroom. Specifications are set by your drawing, not by our catalogue.

SS 430 induction base plates bonded to non-stick pan bodies
01

SS 430 Induction Base Plates

Ferritic discs for fry pans, tawas, kadhai, sauce pans and cooker bodies. Bonding integrity is decided at the stamping stage — flatness within tolerance is what stops delamination after two years of heat cycling.

02

Pressure Cooker Components

Lids, base discs, gasket and support rings for bodies rated at 1–2 bar differential. These parts absorb the pressure cycle thousands of times, so dimensional drift becomes a safety issue, not a cosmetic one.

Lids & Rim Assemblies

The component the end user touches on every single use. A precision rolled rim seats cleanly against the vessel and reads as premium build quality; a rough one devalues the whole product.

Deep Drawn Vessels & Bowls

Rice cooker inner pots, mixing bowls, kettle liners and housings drawn seamlessly from blank. Wall-thickness consistency after the draw decides whether the vessel dents in week one of hotel-kitchen service.

Multi-Kadai, Idli & Steamer Plates

Cavity plates and perforated inserts for idli, mini-idli, dhokla and multi-kadai systems. Uniform open area is what keeps steam flow even — uneven perforation shows up as undercooked output, blamed on the appliance.

Manufacturing Capabilities

Cut. Emboss. Draw. Press.

Four core press operations, three material grades and a complete in-house toolroom. The same equipment that supplies India's cookware brands also produces railway and engineering stampings.

Circle Cutting & Blanking

The first cut behind every disc and lid blank. Edge burr and diameter consistency here determine whether downstream drawing and bonding stay within tolerance across runs of tens of thousands.

Embossing & Stamping

Where a plain blank becomes a functional part — induction contact patterns, brand logos, grip textures and capacity markings pressed in a single controlled stroke.

Deep Draw Forming

Flat sheet to seamless bowl, liner or housing with no welds. Multi-stage dies and controlled blank-holder pressure keep wall thickness even through the full draw depth.

Power Press Production

Parallel press lines for volume programmes. Because dies stay on our floor, your design never waits in a third-party toolroom queue and unit cost falls as volume rises.

Material Grades
  • SS 430 — ferritic, induction-compatible (EN 1.4016 / AISI 430)
  • SS 304 — austenitic, food-contact grade (EN 1.4301)
  • Mild Steel — industrial and engineering stampings (IS 2062)
Applications Beyond Cookware
  • Railway components and coach hardware
  • Engineering assemblies and formed brackets
  • Custom stamped, drawn and perforated parts

How We Work

From Drawing to Delivered Parts

Four stages, one owner of the outcome. No bulk run starts until your first article is signed off.

  1. 1

    Specification Review

Send a drawing, a datasheet or a physical sample. Our toolroom confirms feasibility, material grade and draw ratio before any commitment is made.

  2. 2

    In-House Tooling

Dies and punches are designed and cut on our own floor. Faster iteration, lower tooling cost, and your geometry never leaves our control.

  3. 3

    First Article & Sign-Off

Sample batch produced with dimensional inspection report and mill test certificate for your incoming QC and compliance file.

  4. 4

    Repeat OEM Supply

Scheduled volume production across Mumbai and Sarigam, with batch traceability and export documentation packed per shipment.

Experience & Capacity

Fifty Years of Pressing Stainless Steel

Founded in Mumbai in 1974 as a family-run precision components business. Our name never appears on the finished product — which is precisely why brands trust us with it.

Technical Reference

SS 430 vs SS 304 vs Mild Steel

Induction compatibility is a magnetic property, not a marketing claim. This is the comparison most sourcing teams need before approving a base-plate material.

Why not simply use SS 304 for the base plate?

Induction hobs generate heat by inducing eddy currents in ferromagnetic material. SS 304 is effectively non-magnetic and will not heat on a coil. SS 430 supplies the magnetic response, while the aluminium body above it delivers rapid, even heat spread. Substituting SS 201 or uncertified coil is the most common cause of field failures we are asked to correct — we source traceable SS 430 only and release mill test reports per batch.

Buyer Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What procurement, quality and compliance teams ask before releasing a first order.

Induction cooktops heat by inducing eddy currents in ferromagnetic material. SS 304 is austenitic and effectively non-magnetic, so it will not heat on a coil. SS 430 is ferritic, supplying the magnetic permeability required for induction alongside corrosion resistance and deep-draw formability — which is why it is the global standard for discs bonded to aluminium bodies.

Yes. All dies are designed and cut in-house from your engineering drawing, datasheet or a physical part. Diameter, gauge, centre hole, perforation layout, edge profile and logo embossing are buyer-defined. We are a build-to-print OEM manufacturer, not a fixed-catalogue vendor.

Yes. Mill test reports confirming chemical and mechanical properties of the SS 430 or SS 304 coil used in your run are supplied on request, with batch-level traceability for customs clearance, compliance audits and incoming inspection.

We supply the European Union, Turkey, Vietnam, the UAE and North America alongside India's cookware clusters. Shipments include Certificate of Origin, commercial invoice, packing list and correct HS classification — 7220 9090 for circle-cut blanks, 7326 9099 for finished stamped components. JNPT Port is 35 km from the Mumbai plant.

MOQ is structured around geometry, tooling status and your production timeline rather than a fixed figure — from first-article qualification through to recurring monthly programmes. Lead times are confirmed after drawing approval; two plants allow parallel scheduling during the September–March peak season.

Yes. Components are produced strictly to your product specification, your tooling is reserved for your programme, and our name appears on neither product nor packaging. We do not sell finished cookware under our own brand, so we never compete with our customers.

Yes. Both the Mumbai plant and the Sarigam, Gujarat unit are open to procurement and quality teams for process walkthroughs, toolroom review and material traceability demonstrations. We have manufactured continuously since 1974 and prefer buyers verify that in person.
